What should I do if I lose my ticket?
- Answer
You will have to pay once more for the train fare from the station where you boarded the train.
You will be given a "Certificate of Fare Re-collection".
If you find the ticket which was lost within one year, please bring it to the station together with the Certificate of Fare Re-collection.
You will be reimbursed the train fare minus a handling charge.
